RANGE OF MOTION - HAND

1. Place involved hand on the table with your little finger side down and thumb pointing up. With the other hand, slowly and gently rotate thumb.

8. Reach thumb across palm and touch the base of the little finger and then return to starting position. Repeat _____ times.

9. Touch thumb to each fingertip individually. Repeat ________ times.

10. Rotate each finger individually in clockwise and counter-clockwise direction. Repeat ___ times.

11. Flatten fingers on hard surface and hold for 5 seconds.

12. Place hand so fingers extend over table at middle joint. Move fingers up and down from middle joint. Repeat _____ times.
